On Monday, August 13th, the Smith County Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting for newest member, Just Box It Self-Storage Carthage. Located on Lebanon Highway in South Carthage, adjacent to The Pavilion Senior Living, Just Box It is a temperature controlled self-storage facility. They have 22 units and 3 warehouse spaces ranging from 1000 – 1200 square feet. Upon opening The Pavilion Senior Living at Carthage, the space and building allowed them to meet most any need of their residents., but many families needed temperature-controlled storage. Hal Bone, owner of both The Pavilion Senior Living and Just Box It, wanted to provide a solution for their residents, resident families and the citizens of Smith County. Just Box It Carthage is the first and only temperature controlled self-storage unit in Smith County. They offer tenants a gated facility with security cameras and 24/7 access. A self-service kiosk allows the renting of a unit anytime, paying for a unit anytime and getting assistance at any time with any questions or issues that arise. They also offer outdoor parking for boats, RV’s, and vehicles. Please call Just Box It Carthage at 615-453-9912 with your storage needs or questions.
