The Smith County Chamber of Commerce welcomes new member The Bearded Goat Catering. The Bearded Goat Catering is a full-service mobile catering business. It operates a fully inspected and licensed mobile kitchen. All food is cooked fresh on site, within view of the host and guest, so you are guaranteed the freshest possible food. The Bearded Goat Catering is owned and operated by Chef David Dillehay a lifelong resident of Smith County. David is a classically trained chef who has worked in the restaurant industry for several years. David was also the Executive Chef for The Pavillion Assisted Living in Carthage for a year. Prior to being a Chef, he served as a Paramedic Fire Fighter for over 20 years.
